g&g chione hand guard issues

hey team

my brothers g&g chione hand guard and front barrel keeps falling apart with a very light pull. it doesn't seem to stay like it used too and from the research I've read it's saying that there should be a screw I need to tighten. can anyone confirm this?

A white G&G GR16.

If the handguard is prone to fall off, either the delta ring spring is weak or the front retaining plate is slightly too far forward. I don't see the latter happening unless the front sight is too far forward.
