sniper hop-up help

So I recently bought myself another sniper as was getting a little tired of the old one. The issue is for some reason I'm havin trouble watching the bb leave the gun so I'm unable to set the hop-up. Never had the issue before with the old one. So was wondering if there are any tips to see the bb easier.

The lighting will make a difference.
Also try not looking down the sight but watch down the side of the barrel to see the flight path of the BB.
I have the same issue sometimes using green and tan bb's it's tough to see the flight path.
Also you could try hanging a contrasting sheet at the end of your range. Say black or white (depending on your bb colour)

It's all about contrast.
If you're shooting white BBs, shoot at something dark so you can see them easier.
If you're shooting black or brown BBs, shoot against something white, like cloud cover, to see them easier.
