M4 Stock Length Vs. M4 CQB Shorty Length
I was thinking about converting my M4 System into a CQB shorty M4. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of doing this?
So basically what i meant was M4 Stock Length Vs. M4 CQB Shorty Length. I will be also upgrading with spring, spring guide, and tightbore. But no specifics yet! I'd liek to get a general feel for what i want to do first! so yes if any of you do have any useful information ! please do post Thank you |

CQB Pros/Cons? Aside from the obvious...
Pros: Better maneuverability, and generally more versatile. Lighter , so it's easier to get "up and ready". Easy to conceal. Even EASIER to conceal if you're running an Oly.Arms 93 stock. Sexier than full length. Easier to store. ....Sexier than mid length. Cons: Get used to being outranged . ... And since this isn't real steel, that's about it. |

Not necessarily, barrel length mostly affects accuracy, not range.

Which... ultimately affects usable accurate range.
It depends on your playing style. If you're used to running up and getting close for an assault anyways, then it makes no difference at all. You don't need to shoot long range like a head-on contact if you're always trying to flank your opponents. |
