SWAT Gear

These were done without a tripod and with indoor lighting...so they arnt very sharp. Any suggestions on how to get them clearer without a tripod?
Sorry, I was really sloppy with the cuts as well but wanted to give these types of photos a try.

Suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

EDIT:
Try 2

They look pretty clear. :|

A trick to steadying shots with digital camera's is to increase your shutter speed and ISO. You need to find the balance though, the faster your shutter speed, the darker your image looks and the higher your ISO the more grain you are prone to get from the sensor.

What camera are you using?

See thats what was making me angry....as ISO gets past a cetain point a lot of quality is lost. So ill keep toying.

It's a Canon rebel xti, nothin fancy but it kicks the shit out of my point and shoot.

LOL don't use MS paint to black out that shit outsides. Use photoshop and burn the areas. That's what I use. And also don't save JPEG/JPG images from paint, you will lose quality.

Other than that great shot. Also use timer, don't press it. If you press it on the timer, it sometimes have this little shake. Timer is more better.

I touched up your photo with Adobe LightRoom, it's a genius little program, go steal it.
