They do, you have to force them to sell it to you. Say your generation one bolt is broken, and you want the generation two.

I had to ask three or four times before Derek sold me it.

Do you have any issue on your Gen 1 bolt? If you don't, no need to get Gen 2 tho. I've found they are the almost the same. Check my old post for details.

make sure get the Gen 1 parts if needed. Pushing pin for G1 & G2 aren't competable. Check gas shotgun comparison post - ApS one

I have been running the sawed off version since Santa's visit. It is a great secondary, I use about 25 shells a day. I have 38 total. I use 1400 psi hpa and chrono at 350 with 11 .20 gram bbs. I have gotten kills up to 75 feet.
Today I was reloading and dropped a shell on the concrete floor. The shell Hitt the floor and went off. It shot back up and hit me in the eyebrow and I started bleeding like a stuck pig! Still one of my favorite guns, just be careful handling the shells.

I feel sad to hear about that, glad to know you are okay. It's always good to share the experience. I have APS and double barrel shotguns both are taking gas in shell. Once I load the bbs and gas, I treat them like armed weapon, just like what had happened to you, it could went off (fired) anytime.
I highly recommend when loading shells, make sure goggle is on, after loading shells, make sure they are not facing to people. Just like you have a loaded gun and ready to shoot. If I'm not ready to use the shell to shoot, I would never load them with gas. If you have a side saddle, make sure shells facing down and not using sling carrying it.
Always remember, handle it with extra care!

I agree. As we know, loading the shells is quite the process, I usually watch a gun slinging movie game day morning. After they are loaded I have several velcro shell pouches and store them in my gun bag.
I have always enjoyed forums for random input for my latest interest, thank you guys for posting your findings on this great gun and enjoy!
I have been waiting on the aow version, anybody have one that can compare to the longer version ? How solid is that folding forend?

What tank/regulator are you using? I have a Ninja 13cl tank that I think only does ~850psi right out of the box but I've heard of other regulators that go higher.

I have the 48c Ninja tank with the fixed 1400psi regulator. Just ordered it that way for the aps. It really sounds great too.
Has anyone notice a difference in the effective range with the different barrel lengths? Ripper?

I do believe longer barrel will have better range. I have m870 full length, also have the SF barrel only, let's see if I can get the AOW, then try them in a distance to find out.

Where did you order the regulator from? I'm pretty interested in getting one myself eventually.

Thanks!
