All good ideas.

I have a tree top castle like complex and often a simple assault/defense is fun. CTF games where everyone starts outside of the core and everyone merges and battles over one flag is extremely intense.

I actually find it's not so much your game types that make the difference as much as your playing area. A good playing area or changing a playing area helps tremendously.

I suggest looking up mentionable operations by various Canadian, US, and British forces. Can find some great scenarios if you like the mil sim thing. FYI some of your players may not fire a single shot during one match, that's sometimes the way it goes.

Now, if you're into paintball type stuff, I can't help you there...............for obvious reasons..

sometimes the best games are when you still have a vest full of full mags.

listen to Dutch and come to OPCFTWO if you are into the objective based. We already have players from as far as Victoria BC coming. May as well get some guys from the East too! We will share our awesome field with anyone who comes. Red force needs bodies!

Ex-CF base and ML's and CUCV's and pyro ... mmmm

All MILSIM scenarios can be defined as one of the following

Raid- fight into and out of a fixed point or area- this includes "pilot rescue" type games.

Advance to Contact.. moving into enemy territory until you find them.. then fight.

Point Defense- Defend a point

Point Attack- Attack a point

Patrol- Follow a defined path or remain in a specified area and look for enemy of conduct active defense.

Any one objective could combine 2 or more actions..

Such as - Patrol to location of enemy base- raid the base and capture a specific item.. then defend the item.

When creating game scenarios and objectives use these tasks to define the intended mission
