I will find out for you and edit this post accordingly when I do.

Players should not arrive any earlier than Friday. Which is the day before the event starts.

I do not mind if players show up on Friday (anytime is fine), if some players "have to" arrive on Thursday, please let me know.

Not surprising. The guys on my team talk about Mason-Relic non-stop. I could see this event growing to rival Berget in Sweden.

Al, for those who can come by on Friday, will there be any opportunity to go through registration and get our guns crono'd?

BTW, while most of my team is staying at a hotel just minutes away from the field, I'm bringing my family along, and we'll be staying in Regina. For others with families, think about doing the same thing. Regina is only an hour away, so while you're playing airsoft your family can relax around a hotel pool or go shopping in the Queen City.

Moose Jaw is also 1/2 hour away with several hotels available.

Several camping sites also close to Claybank as well as in Moose Jaw itself.

If your taking Greyhound then renting a vehicle locally, Moose Jaw is your closest stop and let me know if you need a rental as I deal with them daily through my job and can try to get deals set up.

Closest Airport is Regina.

In 2010 we were getting as many players Chrono'd on Friday as possible to save time on Saturday morning. The same will be done this year.

As far as families go, don't forget the mineral spa in Moose Jaw as well, and the tunnels.

Thanks Blood, as for who's filming this year, that is still not decided. If anyone wants the job, please let me know. I need to talk to Viggo.

The UN has been locked for a while, and as you mentined, now Bravo is also locked. If you were looking at registering soon, I would encourage you to go Alpha. I will be opening the UN sometime in the next 10 days, and opening Bravo when Alpha catches up to Bravo.

Thank you,

Al
