I'm really not understanding why everyone seems hell bent on buying anywhere BUT Canada... in the last year, prices in Canada have consistently dropped to reasonable levels, and more and more Canadian retailers are offering warranties.
By the time you purchase and ship a gun from the US you're going to end up paying what you do in any legitimate store here in Canada, without the warranty and without supporting Airsoft in our country.
You all DO want airsoft to grow in Canada, right? Support Canadian shops so they can continue to grow, get more gear and help the sport grow here.

I can get a kwa mp7 with 2 mags for $205 + shipping from evike right now (with discount codes). Show me a comparable price in Canada?

Does evike only ship ups or is USPS an option?

Warranties for airsoft... In Canada... Are a joke.

kwa mp7 is not entry level, if it's well documented at shooting over 366, then that could be not bad.

evike is shit for shipping. What they do is charge your credit card for the item so you pay for it without it even shipping.

THEN they calculate the shipping and CHARGE YOU AGAIN usually overcharging for shipping. I believe mine was shipped usps. The box was packaged reasonably well, but the product box was not sealed and parts were missing. The part was 80$, shipping was another 50. It took like a month to get. That's a shitton of money to ship a small parcel that weighs like 2 pounds. And it took the same amount of time as a ground package that should have cost about 20 to ship. I had items ordered and shipped via slowass SAL from japan beat a package from evike sent apparently by priority mail by about a week. It cost less to ship that from japan, it weighed more and it was larger than the evike package.

You do the math on where the extra 30$ in shipping went.

Only when I called them on the bullshit missing items and threatened a chargeback on the credit card did they send me a replacement part that was not part of the item I ordered, and it didn't even fit very well.

Also, kid stop trying to circumvent the systems already in place on this site or you may find that you get a spiffy red usertag from one of the mods/admins. If you really need to do it then research, don't ask to be spoonfed.

There are some companies where you can ship your package to then you could get them to ship it to you, it saves on shipping price as you could use the free ground shipping from some companies.

But the thing is I tried making an order of around $200 of gear and BB's, it wouldn't let me order as I didn't have a american billing address...

If you can even find a store that has it in stock... those are selling like hot cakes.

I would love to bring all my guns from taiwan also, but I am not sure about the laws, it might be a huge hassle to bring them over, they'll probably be stuck at customs for months.

Actually I have ordered 2 times from Evike.
ICS M4 CQB pistol. no problem across the border after having them upgrade the spring to a 120 and doing the chrono sheet.

and the other was at KJW 10/22 Shoots 400 with chrono sheet all fine...

first gun I shipped to a place in Pembina ND and drove down picked it up, Declared bla bla paid my tax all good

second gun 10/22 was Shipped via USPS -> Can Post all good... took a bit long for my liking... although they were moving as well so I can't fault them too much...

another order was for $700 in BB's (for our team) and they were shipped to Pembina and I picked them up as well all good

have ordered parts from them and got no problem

others may have had issues but that is my story and I'm sticking to it...

When you shipped to Pembina, how did you make your payment to Evike?

Was it through credit card or paypal? as I am trying to purchase parts for my ICS and every time it says my billing address is not the same as the shipping (on my paypal)

The guy who started the thread is about 14 so he won't be buying in Canada at least over the table for a while. His parents or etc. may be helping him out but he's out of luck. I think he has also burnt some bridges in his home province.

I guess at that point Evike looks pretty good to him.
