First thing you have to do is DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION on PayPal website. Then call PayPal (don't email them, it is slow) and ask why you've been charged twice and any other questions you have. Then, wait for the store to reply. If there is no reply after a couple of days or some lame excuses, ESCALATE YOUR DISPUTE TO A CLAIM. You will get your money back guaranteed.

I didn't mean you were gonna drag your feet. I meant EBairsoft. I've had orders that they were out of stock but didn't tell me, and when I threaten them that I'll do a paypal dispute, they gave me a bunch of BS until the 45 days were up and they stop all comms. So don't let them do that to you and do a paypal dispute now since you still have a winning chance.

ill be on lose watch on this one, ill give them 2-3 days to respond, if they fail to do so i will start a dispute, if that wont work i will start file a claim, that is what i think is the good action so far, atleast let them redeem themselves

:facepalm:... I know I'm new here but if multiple people are saying to start a dispute because eb obviously has a bad rep then you should probably start the dispute.

Why wait and see how well a company will solve a problem when someone a few posts up stated that eb screwed them with paypal???

Initiate the dispute
Once it is, ebairsoft will have a set delay (2-4 weeks, I don't recall) to answer and try to resolve the issue. If they don't under that delay, you get refunded by paypal. End of story.

After 45 days from the day you paid, you WON'T be able to file any claim, so just do it, it takes 10min

I order stuff from there all the time. I've never had an order split or jerked around.

I don't order from there if I need stuff for the weekend.

I only order stuff that can't be found on other sites. The shipping is free but the prices are higher if you compare back to back with other HK stores.

Stop mucking about and initiate the dispute, they aren't going to fix your issue otherwise, just do your research and you'll see that. At the 45 day point, you won't have this option anymore.

Either start the dispute or suck it up, shut up and have fun with what you got.

I've found pp a headache to deal with. If I called more than once a day the calls would never go through(I called 4 out of 6 days, they never once 'got back to me'). Idk if they have a smart-blocker or what. So, I ended up using 2 cells and a landline and they HAD to deal with me and the issue was fixed that day.
