Finally! Really excited about this! Yes, it would be amazing if someone makes GBB version, but for now I am more than happy!

buddies of mine in the 501st nearly had kittens when i told them the price would be 300+ most likely, and i had to explain to them what all goes into engineering these things

i find it rather entertaining that they balk at the cost of an airsoft gun, yet spend upwards of 800$ on their armours, not including their buckets

silly stormtroopers

Love the Sterling, you can find de-wats out there.. The Charter Arms (Now Henry) AR 7 was used to make some Star Wars weapons. I seen one listed here recently! I have a real one. They are kool little survival rifles!

Nope, much more expensive than force fx, its a 10w tri cree led with 2x cool white leds lit for the main blade, running at about 240 lumins each

the hilt itself is t6 aircraft aluminum, powdercoated in a gunmetal and copper two tone

blade is 1/8inch thickwalled polycarbonate with about 7 feet of diffusor film inside to make that even look

the soundboard is fully programmable, and runs on a 3.7v li-ion cell, 2watt bass speaker, and a crystal shard 1.0 soundboard by plecter labs

fun toys, and durable enough to hit each other with and not break them.

we dont use the MR sabers because the soundboards are garbage, the led strings in the blade pop easy resulting in dead spots in the blade, and also the blades are very very thinwalled so they bend and break easy

They're fine if you're laying a beat down on little kids with their dollar store light sabres.

What's really crazy is the Armson OEG sights on those things.

The idea everyone in the army would have a red dot sight was just pure madness for decades later.

ugh one of them has started sparring using a polearm saber, a whole different ball game defending against that thing

www.genesiscustomsabers.com

that guy is out of edmonton, hes who i got mine from, great guy, ive had a couple from him

his one off complete custom designs go for 1200 to 1800$ and he does a couple select runs here and there of specific character sabers (darth bane and corran horn, jaina solo)

then hes got his badaxe design which is new (curved hilt sabers) and the ascend line (which is what i have, just customized a bit)

IF a STARWARS event was ever done I would so be in for that. Plus the sterling looks really awsome.

I just received an email that this is available now (not sure when it was actually released). It says that it uses a steel 4 round magazine. I know we want realism, but I would have liked to see it compatible with MP5 magazines or something similar. I have too many different magazines as it is...

Why, why would they have to do a PTW? I was so looking forward to making an E-11 out of it but the price is just killing. I imagine in Canada the price is going to be more than $500 or closer to $600. For this kind of money it could be possible to get a real deactivated sterling. Have to consider again before getting it...
