Unlike most guns, the firing mode is signified by a red dot, rather than being the safety.
I just want clarify this: when the safety is disengaged, the red dot is visible? If so, then it's like most pistols. "red you're dead" is the common saying.

But in terms of your writing ability...brovo.
Hehe, brings Muphry's law to mind.

Anyway, I agree it was a well written review, even if it's on a gun that a lot of people still won't consider.
I'm surprised at the range you've described it being able to shoot, too!

As for the gun itself, while not what most people would go for, it is a cheap, sub-400 fps (unmodified) CO2 gun which might be interesting to some people who want a gas powered pistol for cold weather games.

Either way, kudos to the author: the gun exists and he provided a useful review, and that's the purpose of reviews.
Very true. That's a good way of looking at it.

I have helmet cam footage of him missing my head by about 4 inches at about 50 feet. It is actually a surprising performer but I'll take my gbbs any day over it.

Well of course I'd take your GBBS over my Daisy Airstrike, but during the winter? :P

Hello! Just wanted to pass on that I've posted an update to the review on this page, after an additional 8 months of testing and fielding. It's still an excellent performer for me, and is why I've still held off on getting my Advanced Training Pistol. :P

Old thread bump.

I did something similar with one of these. Being they are C02, and made in Japan (for 20 bucks!?) they are surprisingly capable. Just ugly is all. This is a copy paste from another forum I'm on.

I was at one of my (probably all of our) favourite stores, Princess Auto. I hit the gun section and saw a stack of these horrible looking clear plastic airsoft things on sale for $20. But to my surprise it was CO2 and not a springer. Looking it over more it's made by Daisy in Japan, totally worth a try at that price. I took it home and out shooting and it has surprisingly decent power and accuracy for an airsoft, has more than enough power to use a heavier ammo (I'm using .25g right now)

But the clear plastic look was so..so......SO terrible. I tore it all down and picked up some Flat Khaki Camo Rustoleum. I'm no painter or really into gun mods, but I really believe this is how this thing should have came!

Modeled after the US Army Ranger issue Beretta M9 in FDE

Exclamation Discharge speed

I generally have weak hands yet I can discharge a full mag in 2 seconds. I have shot at least 1500 rounds through it and it works fine but when I used it in 1 degree temperature and snow it would barely fire 6 feet.
