One thing to be mindful of when ordering from urtac is they use a cut that is for a more flat body type. They can be pretty tight around the crotch and ass if you're packing some junk in that trunk. That being said the waist and leg sizes come exactly as advertised and the pants loosen up after a few hours of wear.

Pants sizing. I wear a 34" so I'd get a 34". That's a lie actually. Because I'm a 34" I'd get one that could go up to 36", in case I play right after Thanks Giving. But seriously though I always get mine mildly big, as they usually have tightening ability and I wear them with a belt.
