Let's quit bullshitting ourselves. At 17, they fully well know they aren't permitted to do that. If they're stupid enough, either:
A) beat them silly, to knock some sense into them. or B) haul their ass where the big guy is gonna make it just a bit looser. End of story. Some kids are born retarded and/or stupid. Let's treat them as such. I'm tired of 16/17 year olds hiding behind the cloak of "youth". Maybe some harsh lessons can straighten them out before they have to face the real world.
