I love my M-14 aka Jr. (Had a blue ribbon wrapped around the box when I bought it). Going through the process of accessorizing it and will be fully up and running by early spring.

Bah, been trying to find one In Country.... no luck so far.

Most gun shops carry m14 scope mounts and its a simple mod to make the real one work. Just rethred the bolt that comes with the mount to metric 5mm.

Or you could tap out the reciever threads to match the bolt but I choose to leave receiver alone so I could still use airsoft specific mounts.

Its simple I say it took me about 2 mins. filed the old threads down a bit and run the 5mm die over it.

still most of the RS ones i've seen are 80+. Given the optics i'm mounting cost $100, i'm going to hold out for the cheaper airsoft version.

PS blasty- got any M14 wood stocks FS?

The Good quality RS M14 mounts run around $250.00 Cdn and up!!! 8O

$80.00 for a RS M14 mount would be a cheapie mount.

Exactly, this thing is'nt having thousands of 7.62 firing through it, nor am I going to try to get MOA levels of accuracy, so i dont needt the uberleet $250 mounts.
