MP-40... WWII gun I believe? I don't know about you guys, but im not into the whole "WWII airsoft" scene. Most people have modern warfare gear and weapons, and you'd stand out like a sore thumb.

I doubt very much that the MP40 uses a bellows system. Continue doing real research guys. It beats hearsay.
The TOP MP40 is Extremely Rare in Canada, dont expect many direct reviews here. |

Personal Mule.....PM for rates!

the only Top MP40 in Canada is Eric James', I can say that it feels really nice. but the low FPS(220ish) and finiky internals isn't so good. but i do believe you can buy better internals for them.

You can get more FPS if you bend that tappet plate thing. Get like 50 more FPS.
TOP MP-40 issues with low FPS. |

I've had eric_james' MP-40 apart and it definately uses a bellow systems. PGC makes a "normal" gearbox conversion that's pretty pricey, like about $300 usd and does not include cylinder, piston, gearset or motor. Eric want to get one and have me install it, but it'll cost more then the gun
Product info Nice gun, hard to get mags for though. There's a hicap available now if anyone has them in stock.

Well then, my turn to learn something new. I would not buy a rare gun with a bellows system. I'd just wait until a model with a decent mechbox shows up.

Also what was the gun haveing issues with? Just some thing to add. Bellows crap out at what 30,000-40,000 rounds. Thats what ajot of stock AEGs with crap out at. I mean for a support gun its no good. But for a gun I would only use maybe 3-4 times a year. I think I could work with it. |

No issues with the gun, we just wanted to see how difficult it might be to install the PGC conversion. Still, without actually doing the conversion, I don't know how hard it would be.

I think I will keep the Bellows if I get one.
Maybe bend that plate to get better FPS. |

Hey man, Try moveing that plate.
Alot of people have been geting issues with that not closeing off all the air. Also some thing to add this guy was geting way bad FPS like 180 with .2's. Get more fps if your guns haveing that issue. Also if we end up like what we hear from you. Me and 2 other of my frinds are geting Mp40's. I might get a Shoei Mp44 also. |
