I used to have the exact same holster when I first started, I got it in black and painted it OD (with mil-spec primer), the paint sinks in and makes it halfblack/half green. Anyways, for your usage in CQB, horizontal holsters are a serious pain in the ass because you can't holster your pistol quickly and securely. My CF Issue shoulder holster is the same way, drawing is fast, but reholstering takes a bit of time (like 10 seconds max) using both hands to secure the retaining straps again, otherwise your gun falls out. MUCH better off with a good drop leg.

x2 for a drop leg holster. Even those cheapo Viper or...whatever the hell that other brand is...
If you want a really good drop holster, PM me, or browse around for the big names like HSGI or Eagle

Oh I've already got two drop leg holster and two serpa blackhawk holsters. This is more of a back-up pistol to back up my pistol. It would only be used for a pistols only game, maybe. I'm gathering quite a collection of gear. I don't think I need this many holsters but I can't seem to stop buying them! Serpa blackhawks are damn addicting.

You can also go to any Auto parts store and get either a vinyl/leather dye or a proper fabric dye... Crappy tire sells it
