Cheap bastard, booze makes lying in wait seem faster, hang-over levels the playing field for the benefit of the other team.

You'll learn.

Your looking for "Sniper Rifles", and I'd suggest getting a VSR-10.

Ok, now to not be a douche (but thanks all for coming out)

Ask yourself this: Why do you want a sniper rifle? Are you just going to use it to play around in the basement, or are you actually planning on going to games?

There is no role of "sniper" in a game. The role is "recon". Snipers in games spend the vast majority of thier time moving around and scouting. Very, very few actually use their rifle more than a handful of times. Also, to make a sniper rifle any good, you have you know how to mod and shoot it. Most places do not like new players playing with a hot gun because of their inexperiance. A stock sniper rifle performs almost the same as an AEG with about 1/12 the fire rate. If you think airsoft sniping is anything like Counter Strike or Hollywood, you are gravely mistaken.

Mostly the idea of not getting hit in an airsoft game, that's all I can think of.

(You still get hit people, even more players will try and take you out before anyone else.)

It's a problem that we're forced to deal with. Counterstrike is so popular with the nerds and geeks that many get into airsoft because of it. The only thing we can really hope for is that the counterstrike fools stick to clearsoft and out of our way. I know it's hoping for a lot, but hey "Hope for the best, plan for the worst"
