Just a guess, but for the STAR you're probably looking at ~$400 or more than it is for the CA. The body on the CA is pretty good. Honestly, if you can't decide, go to game and examine a STAR G36 and a CA36 and decide that way. IMO the finish on the CA is very, very good and I couldn't justify spending that much additional money on purely externals.
