I see you have posted your fps results and they are low but you havent stated what weight bb you are using. Im pretty sure we are all assuming a .2 or .25 but all the info would be good.
Matched cylinders wouldnt give you a drop like that i would be looking into the hopup being an issue or the wrong nozzle in the gearbox. After confirming those are alright , move to the cylinder and piston to insure you dont have a leak. |

270fps on .2's.
Did some work on the hop up unit tonight and got it up to 315 on .25's. which is a considerable boost, but still not quite enough. Put a new spring on the hop up unit to push it towards the mechbox a bit more, as well as replacing the hop up rubber (which was torn a bit). Cylinder compression is fine, along with the head and nozzle. at this point, im about to give up and just deal with ~360fps @ .2

360fps at .2 isn't too far off from what I've seen most Systema M120 springs shoot from an Armalite
