If it was damaged it was damaged during shipping.

This pic clearly shows a brand new gun, on the other side are the warning stickers still in place. Some of the springers I sold still had there tags on the trigger guards still.

And do me a favor BC_K (the "K" must be for kid). Please contact the police and tell them that you bought a $50 airsoft gun here on ASC, I bet this is the kind of crime they love to waste there time on.
No box was not damaged, you FUCKED me an sold me a piece of shit.

The picture you show hides damage, what the fuck did you do to this thing?

You have MULTIPLE people saying you screwed them, an just YOUR own self to say your not screwing us, do the math.

Since you were the shipper, you must submit the insurance claim.

I have to be notified that the package was damaged and it must remain sealed.

BC_K, are you seriously complaining about the rear sight that can easily be put back into place??? Was that the only issue?

Are you fucking kidding me? Read your damn private messages an you'd know all thats wrong with it.

Yes I'm pissed. You advertised this gun as NEW. An its used, Even the muzzle is all chewed up, your a dirty god damn liar.

The muzzle is chewed up. The rear sight is broken. The safety, the right hand side moves freely unlike the left. The rear of the slide is popped out of place, an you call this new?

An your giving us all the fuck you deal with it attitude.

I am at a loss for words. I have forgot more then you know about classics uzi guy. Then there are people like poncho the unholy lord of the jac. Lets play the post some pics game.

Thats a nice crack

I bet the post man glued it together

Is that caulking or epoxy I am not sure. Looks like it was used on the mp5

Oh wait the 9mm m4 is repaired the same way

Uziguy - if you had talked to Cuda or myself when we asked repeatedly, none of this would have even hit the radar. Why did it have to come to this? Why yet another retailer/airsoft transaction squabble drama behind keyboards?

I'd say there's a miscommunication as to what is the definition of 'condition'. Granted these are classics, but let’s not lead ourselves astray with visions of King Solomon's mines and the rarity of such practical items. “Value” is a subjective, intangible term, not a 'bestowed' one. Just because they are no longer in production does not translate into 250% markup! Woah, easy guy! $2000? That’s a mortgage payment.

The huge crack in the rear end cap on the MP5 cannot be in anyway due to ‘shipping incidentals’ because it has the same epoxy glue used on the bolt catch on it; it’s just too big of a crack not to notice – it’s almost all the way thru the endcap!

Anyway – at this point, it’s obvious you’ve read our many attempts to contact you – so let’s just resolve this with as little friction and as much compromise as possible. You offered a full refund in writing if not satisfied, we’re just asking for a compensation for a less than mint condition on the MP5 – THATS ALL! Let’s talk...

BC_K, you are a vulgar little child. You think that slinging profanities and swearing like a "kid" will get you what you want. Did you cry alot when you were a baby? Im going to guess, yes!

The gun was MINT when it was shipped and there were members here on ASC who held that gun in there hands and can confirm that for me. (You know who you are, Glock 26 springer and Silver P226 springer in a trade for a KWC Uzi)

Your gun was broken during shipping, and im not going to do SHIT about it for you. You fucking little piss ant!!!

Ok tell me this. Why are the feed lips on the magazine worn down an little bits of plastic missing? Scratches in the grips from the safety being used lots? Inside of magazine well all scratched to hell? Where the hammer strikes, you guess it worn to hell an back.

Face it buddy, your lying an you sold a broken gun. Is it that hard to just FIX what YOU did WRONG?

Your reputation really worth just $50? It's not the fact the gun is broken, its the fact that you said it was NEW an it is obviously not.

I can honestly say that none of that was there when I shipped that, but noone will believe me anyway so let me make a statement.

I apologize for people recieving damage to there guns. Whether you want to believe it or not I had no idea any of these problems existed, and can only attribute it to shipping damage. Barracuda; I really wish you had of come here to Barrie to pick these guns up like agreed upon earlier so that you could have viewed them first hand to verify my statements of condition. The cocking handle was on the gun and fully functional when it was shipped and there was no cracking of any kind.

Jac's are the easiest of all classics to get. I believe 3-4 have gone to sale in the past year here alone. If we want to talk rare lets talk about the khc maverick, the asahi 249 or the ftc specter I once had in my collection. You also aren't the most easy to talk to person yourself.

The difference between other classic users and you is when something is wrong with there gun they state it. The jac m60 I had had all things wrong with it listed and I spoke with the buyer in great length about it and the defects. Only then did I take his money.

Being as how you just drive the guns across from the states its not like your some kind of savior of the classic users. You have also had problems in the past with other users. Perhaps you should try and hike up your shorts and take the fault like a man.

BC_K your full of it pal. Your not getting any kind of refund. I think that you broke the gun yourself when you tried to STICK IT UP YOUR ASS!!!

Seriously though, that gun was brand new when it was shipped, so your not getting one penny in a refund.

All hail Bean, GOD of CLASSICS. So 3 0r 4 JAC's in the last year eh? How many were JAC AR-15 9MM's? Or how about MP5SD6's? I'll bet none of them. These could very well be the only ones of there kind in Canada.

If something is one of a kind in an entire country, I consider it rare.

I believe you told Barracuda in lieu of him coming to you that you would offer a full refund if he was not satisfied. I believe that is the case since he is not. He can forward that pm to a admin also if that suits you. Was that not the case?
