Someone must have torn an ACL or something at some point, out of shape people running around in rough terrain almost mandates that something like that will happen.

How is that Number 2? That's seriously disgusting, I think I might become a chairsofter.

On topic...Nothing bad yet, worst would probably be tripping over a root, falling on my face and gun, cracking the reciever. A little faster and it probably would have snapped in half.

you totaly deserved that, if someone is nice enough not to shoot you because he has a super high powered gun you shouldn't turn around and try to shoot him

I beg to differ. Pain is part of the game. Try and shoot him.

Sure you should as long as you are willing to see blood... your blood.. If not.. then you "take the mercy" and become his Bitch.

I don't believe that 450FPS story. Any place allowing guns that high has a distance rule as far as I know.

Keep in mind that every field has its own set of rules. And if everyone playing at that field is ok with 450 fps rifles with close engagement distances then they will play with it. Believe it or not there are people that play with hotter guns that dont even offer the mercy rule.

seen a few shot out teeth, but i gather thats "normal".

And that guy on team XT at CF2 that fell in the hole. Hopefully there was no lasting injury from that.

Last summer I was running through one of the local fields which was heavily forested (yes bad idea), I jumped over a large log but there was a second smaller branch that caught me and I fell with my arms forward, I ended up dislocating my left arm from its socket. Got it checked out on the field by a medic (wasn't sure what was wrong at the time, it was numb), then went to the hospital, got it popped back in (no pain when popping it back in, it just felt great haha).

Not too bad, but the 45 min ride was a bitch.
