My Magnum Stealth 8.0's have stood up great over the past 5 years I've had them. I use them for at least two weeks out of the month, and they have been my go to boot for when I'm out in the field or doing my BFT. Light, and comfy, these are my favourite boots for the price. I have tried on Rocky S2V's and damn near bought a pair, but they are a bit on the pricier side.
For AS I use Merrel Sawtooth's and I love them, buuuuut they won't exactly fit the bill for a swat team load out.

I'm a big fan of the Rocky S2V. They are quite pricey but they will last a long long time and are the most comfortable combat boots on the planet. I now use a pair as my primary hiking/backpacking boots. I know soldiers who wore the same pair of S2V boots outside the wire on two tours in Afghanistan while their colleagues went through at least two pairs of SWAT or Magnum boots each tour.

Besides the boots, I would highly recommend Superfeet insoles. The cheap foam insoles that are shipped with all combat boots are worse than useless as poor foot-bed support is the mother of joint and low back problems.

Played a game in the wet. It rained buckets on us and it sucked. Everyone of use was drenched down to our underwear. The only part of me that was warm and dry was my feet. Original Swats all the way.

if you wear them as every day boots expect to get a year or less out of them..

I had a pair that I wore 1-2 days a week and they lasted 4 years before they fell apart.

For their cost.. this is pretty good in my opinion.
