I heard G&P has some internal problems....aside from that im guessing a muzzle velocity reducer will do the trick for indoor games?

get the g&p out of the box you have to down grade to play..a muzzle velocity reducer i dunno about...use it you want IMO down grading sound better

im gettin a g&p m4a1 my self...a fellow memeber got me hooked on it (damn you SINN) he has no problems at all

for a m9 all metal kjw is your best bet...upgrade if you want...im gonna do it to mine...

You're looking at a minimum 800 dollars if it were new.

Probably the G&G but the problems that the G&P has are pretty minor issues, such as selector plate, wonky fps etc etc. the small problems that it has are easy fixable, but the gun itself is nicer over then the G&G

If I were you, I'd stick with the HFC M190. The metal version is almost rock solid, shoots very hard (more then comparable to the Marui version), can use Marui clips AND every single part in the gun is exchangable with the Marui M92F GBB... (So replacement parts are not impossible to come by)

Besides that, it's excellent at sharpshooting, has decent recoil, and every button works just like the real-steel counterpart. Personally, I love the gun. Just search for reviews, every one is more then positive, people swear by it.

g&p has best stock internals of any gun i've opened. their problem is in the assembly. there was a batch of "peter kang special upgraded" g&p m4a1 and spr's that were shooting 450-480 fps. everyone that i've worked on (about a dozen now and counting) had no real parts problems (only 2 had broken tappets and 1 broken selector). the problems were poor motor alignment(wiring not routed properly in grip causing motor to be shifted slightly and bind up) and cylinder lubrication. all the gears were shimmed well and there was a good amount of grease for them. the cylinders were very dry and this would cause wild variations in output velocity and excessive wear and damage to the piston head o-ring. i had to replace a couple of these with systema silent heads and i de-tuned a couple (removed the 210% pdi spring and installed an m120 spring) the de-tuned ones still fire at 370 fps +/- 2 feet and are deadly accurate. i think the upgraded ones should be de-tuned to something like 350 fps or so and with the proper lubrication and the inherent quality of their internals (i can't stress that enough) they should last a very long time.

i bought the hfc m190 last year. good gun. rock solid and reliable. the only bitch i had about it was it's sensitivity to cold. if i used it at any temp less than about +15c the green gas would not exert enough pressure to cycle the gun properly. i never bothered to check into it and i just use my glock in chillier temps. works great when it's warm out.

Get the G&G's when they come out with their version 3 guns if the release date is not that long from now. They have put a new mechbox in it, and they say that it is just as reliable as the TM mechboxes now...

it's still unproven and they said their last version was the shit. not a big fan of g&g yet. ump's have that faulty tappet issue and it was just released last month. i say stick with what you know and what is tried and true.

I was thinking of getting the HFC m190 but i recall someone saying to go with a KJW insted, personally i like the look of the m190...because im trying to get my gear to resemble US Special Forces.
