If seized, loss of property, a nice letter, red flag on her person for 7 years, possible smuggling charges.
The red flag thing means that for 7 years every single items imported will be opened and inspected, and of course levyed full force. As for travel, expect to add at least an extra hour of red tape to cross a border. Overall, a lot of shit just to get a mior a gun. You say you're 17, just wait a few months and get age verified, then buy from Canada. |

Forget what customs would do to your mom, beware of what your mom would do to you.

This site REALLY needs to get their stuff straight, you will NOT be charged for trying to order from a site in the USA.
The VERY VERY worst that will happen is your shit will be destroyed. Has one person mentioned there is a chance your stuff will make it? (i cant say what the odds are because i've never tried this) But for a fact I know people who have ordered from the states & had no trouble what so ever. smuggling charges? ......what have you been smoking? Shame on you people |

I just ordered a package from Speedy Toys and it got here four days early. But anyway, I suppose an inspection being made is really up to chance, unless the package has a picture of a gun on it, or it states what's in it.

What did you bring in? Just curious. If its just parts, I have never had a problem brnging parts in. It usually ships in, goes through customs, and is on my front steps within 4days from Hong Kong (UNCOMPANY)
But if you brought a gun in, do tell... |

No, not a gun itself, but the box was totally untampered with. Hard to say if it was actually inspected, but assuming that Customs knows that it's coming from an Airsoft retailer, you'd think that they'd inspect every package just to make sure. Can't remember if the invoice stated exactly what was in the box, but if it didn't, I probably could have asked them...well, not them, but, say, Redwolf, to stash a pistol or small SMG within the vest and hopefully it'd go unnoticed. But I wouldn't try it, nor would I recommend trying it. In fact, I regret even mentioning it.
Regardless, sorry to get your hopes up. All of what I order is done totally legally and responsibly...though I now wonder about this. Surely Customs will only inspect a package if they feel they have reason to do so (excluding totally random inspections). I wonder how easy it would be to smuggle a gun in...then again, I don't exactly how Customs determines what to inspect and why. We got any Customs Officers in the house? |

In this case, the Mom would have been red flagged. Making crossing borders a pain in the ass. Like mention before, every packages will be thoroughly inspected. Yes theirs a chance it makes it.... BUT ITS STILL FUCKING ILLEGAL. Smuggling charges, they have the right to stick that on her. Will they? Of course not... but they still can. What they can and what they actually do is 2 very different things. But it doesn't mean you don't get stick with someone who wants to put you down. Don't fuck with the law, you never win. At the end it comes down to this: Is it worth it? No.

Operation Boarder War2: Attack of the customs officers. If you don't get them they will take your gun burn it and stab you with a red flag.

You asked what can happen?
The gun can, and most likely will, be destroyed. No refund. Your mom loses money for nothing. She probably wont be happy. Her ID appears in the transaction, by the way, since it's her credit card that was used. She can be flagged by Customs, and that can extend to being barred from travelling outside Canada, or being searched ALL the time at crossing/airports. Having all orders from outside Canada inspected. That's what CAN happen. Wether it will or not is a gamble I dont want to take. |
