PROTIP: to avoid having something like that happen again, get age verified on your own account. Unfortunatly, we've had many a minor come and go with an older brother or uncle or whatever that 'shared' the account.

Looking at laylax webpage. They dont make 6.04 tightbores only 6.03mm.

I had zero jams on my 6.02mm. Actually all of my BA and Aeg has 6.02mm super tightbore. Compared to 6.03 and 6.04, 6.02 tightbore will outrange larger ID tightbores anyday.

did you re-shim as well? If not you gears may become loose, which is bad. I have almost the same setup in my Aug as well, and so far very pleased. I have a 6.03mm tighbore in mine though, and it made a HUGE dfference.
