You won't find any AEG at 200$. A game worthy AEG would cost you more around 450$ ans up. And that's a used one. You are looking at a bare minimum investment of 800$. If you don't already have usable equipment, it's more in the 1000$ range. For comparison, I got about 5000$ invested since 2002.

Dont buy ANYTHING until you have observed at least one game. You will be severely disappointed if you do before you see what is really used.

If you are looking into GBBs besides the DE, check out the TM hicappa. IMO, its one of the best on the market.

I think my initial airsoft start up cost was about $1000 for rifle mags charger and batteries once everything was said an done. I bought a TM m4a1 upgraded with 3 hi caps, and a battery no charger for $800 last year, rifle still kicks ass and I bought a smart charger and have gotten rid of all my hi cap mags for real caps and have a tact vest for all my mags as well. Now I probably have closer to $3000 invested.

Drive over to the states, do some shopping, hide a jg or echo and some upgrade parts in your trunk. Ditch the box. When you get back, have someone upgrade it for you and work on getting a metal body.
For $300 you can have a very nicely upgraded gun. New. Some even have metal bodies. Then instead of buying a gbb(pain in the ass) get the pistol version of the m4. That way all your guns use the same mags. Saves more and aegs are more reliable and as sidearms are awesome. Just my opinion.

if you are going to follow Schwag's infinate wisdom do yourself a favour and take some vaseline and baby wipes, neither are for the gun just the body cavity search the CBSA performs when they notice you are acting fishy

Whilst you're at it, since you'll be upgrading the gun anyway, I would recommend you pull out the mechbox and other useless internals and stuff that space with some cocaine or other high value drug. That way if you make it over the border, it'll be really worth your while and you'll be able to afford a Hummer to drive out to games in -- cuz hey, what's the use of an AEG if you can't get to the game, right?
