Ive been threw this a few times with a few people. To stay impartial Id suggest posting all communications between you two. Not to sound rude but it does seem one sided since the seller is either unaware of this thread (very unlikely) or he is horribly guilty.

People always get heated with issues like this when its one sided. So yeah post every thing up and it shows every one how you both handled the situation and lets them judge for themselves.

Just some friendly advice. Hope it all works out for you.

hey guys don't be mislead by the trader ratings. this is a different seller. I do deserve a negative feedback on this deal. but nothing's as bad as it sounds... the comments are simply harsh and immature.. i'm digging up evidence and old private messages... it seems like some sellers just don't buy into the idea of being in a financial turmoil.... i can ever scan the documents to proof that i wasn't making up stupid excuses... if anything i give the seller props for being adamant. if you need more details PM me. all i can say is know when to say NO. i'm not paying $400 for an AEG i dont' want. nuff said. and pm me if you guys want more details.... if necessary they will be released soon. i've already contact a mod regarding this matter. it'd be nice if we can keep this thread clean too.

Sorry but if I understand this correctly the seller is a fricken tool. Obviously he has no understanding of what makes a legal and binding contract.

The deal/trading rating with Skladfin is a different matter and unrelated to this thread. Keep your uninformed speculation to yourselves next time, instead of slinging mud at random people.

Skladfin is NOT the seller involved in this. He's not the one who sent that PM and this thread should NOT reflect on him in ANY WAY.

Maybe but you have to admit that he's pushing it overboard... "Buyer Flaked" would have been more than enough... but anyway like Drake mentioned above, that thread has nothing to do with him. Perhaps you should post the person name to clear the confusion?
