All I will say now (just tired out from spelling it out so many times)...Do not take the quick cheap route. You may be happy with that in the end, you may feel like you just pissed away all your money. Go to games, rent as many different guns as you can...get a feel for what's what. A $250 half-clear rifle is NOT the same as a nicely built $800 rifle which is not the same as a $1500+ PTW which is completely different from a $600 GBBR. Figure out what you really want, save up for that.

You know what I like is the "innocent sexy librarian" look. Not a totally pimped out M4 but a few mods here and there on the externals then going all out on the internals. On the outside it's "meh it's just another M4" on the inside it's "crazy in the bed" so to speak.

Function over form, which is the way it should be. I tend to see it the same way. Externals of my guns are generally plain on the outside. The only accessories I have are the ones I actually NEED like optics / holosight for aiming and flashlight for playing CQB. Otherwise, I'd rather focus on the internals, because that's what matter most in the end.
