CG634 Ballistic Helmet (Medium)
Issue cover (modded) (bought surplus, I have my original stashed if I have to do an exchange)
Surefire Helmet Light
ESS Profile NVG Goggles (Issue goggles, private purchase straps modded with velcro)

Everything here has some function, I drive an armoured vehicle so the helmet light comes in handy to check gauges and see controls in a dark cabin. The goggles are much better on the highway when driving compared to the issue ballistic glasses. A few IR tabs and a custom "EW" cateye on the back, and that's all she wrote.
That's the most baller CF helmet I've ever seen. Do you have pads in helmet too/do you wear that with electronic ear pro like Sordin or Peltor's?

I know some of that stuff must be classified.
But is it mainly comm interception and scrambling or can you go as far as upload donky porn on the muj computers?

Secriously, what's the main role in a war like in Afghanistan?

Uploading donkey porn would be more up CFNOC's alley.

Electronic Warfare's purpose is to deny the enemy the use of the electromagnetic spectrum while allowing friendly freedom of action with the same. If you want to know more, you'll have to sign the dotted line.

I run a set of Skydex pads inside the helmet. There is currently a directive out that the installation of "alternative" suspension/shock protection is not allowed in the CF, but I've been in a bad armoured vehicle accident before and know that the stock styrofoam padding is not up to snuff.

Was told to take it out once by a passing REMF officer to remove them but he wasn't in my chain and I knew he would forget about it so I just left them in.

For earpro I wear a set of electronic ear cups w/ noise suppression that wire into the crew/radio intercom. They go on underneath the helmet and the ear cups are big enough to let them slide under.

Not much of a fan of the MC water transfer... Other than that, looks good albeit a bit loaded (would look less loaded without the MC finish).

Yeah, that multicam looks awfully... bright. Hit the whole thing with a few dustings of tan or light brown Krylon.
