*shrugs* Age has little to do with someone's character.

....Wow, I *must* be fucking stressed. Normally I'd have found that signature amusing. Not necessarily the post, but oh well.... I need a bloody vacation.

Besides, I really shouldn't judge, having not met him. My appologies.

One of one of the hanging buckles on my vest somehow became entangled in the trigger guard of my MP5. I couldn't dislodge it so I had to call myself out.

Rough man....

I'd say my worst was charging into a 1-man, 2-man skirmish when we were dumping 4 in at a time with about 5bbs left in my mag. I started checking them after that.

Probably friendly fire, when you are colour blind all that damn cammo looks the same in the woods.

(I've been shot by FF* way more than I've shot someone else)

*and by FF I don't mean Freedom Fighter, we'll soon see if he can shoot me or not)

I have:

Inserted a mag in my armalite upside down prior to a game. Someone pointed it out, thankfully. Most of my mags now have homemade mag pulls to prevent any further stupidity on my part.

Neglected to remove the barrel plug prior to shooting. It flew away. I found it.

Charged 3 people without realizing I was out of ammo.

Forgot to charge the battery in my MP5-PDW and ran about 10 rounds through it before it quit, right at the beginning of a really good skirmish at flagraiders. Went pistol only for the remainder (and still netted 3 kills).

Along the same lines, Tru nailed me in the forehead between my goggles and my baseball hat when I peeked above a berm for a split second too long. From 100ft away. Best shot ever.

Throwing open a door in CQB and firing into the two people who were trying to slide it open as I threw myself backwards and landed on the ground only to realize that I didn't seat the mag properly and that it was lying were I was standing a few seconds before. I had one of those slow-motion epiphanies that kinda went, "Oooooohhhhhhhh.....ffffffuuuuucccccckkkk...." Thank god the two guys were laughing too hard to actually fire back, so my nuts were spared the agony.

Or the time I went charging into battle armed only with a hockey stick. Wasn't that smart, seeing as how I got shot no less than 75 times before going down, but dammit...it's the Canadian way.

My first airsoft game at a friends place in Verner. Upgraded AK from about ~5 feet away full auto. Got another couple off the bottom of my nose and left cheek. Pretty much knocked me right out, LOL. I guess i had it bad at first... Should have seen the look on my mom and dad's face when they picked me up after....oh man verbal beating in the car on the drive back to Sudbury, lol.

And for all you blood whores...yes it bled for a very long time... I thank Jesus for goggles.

back in '03, Xenosfear wanted to know how painful was receiving a shot on his helmet. I shot right thru a venting hole on top of his helmet at 20 feet by mistake. So he said: your turn, and i wont miss like you did! He shot me at same place than i did.

I got 2 "events"

It wasnt airsoft but 1 of those 4.5 mm pellet air-rifles.
My air rifle is a Beeman 1041 at 490FPS.
Both times I was shooting at paper target, with a wooden wall in the back behind it.
The first time the round ricoched and hit me in the ankle (not serious damage)
The second time a round again ricoched but this time it whiiiiized by my ear.
I was lucky. The sound it made was awsome though (ziiiiiiiip)
