Lack of evidence? You drop kicked him in the face, that must leave a mark, no? I know it's not rock solid evidence, but it's still there?

As much as I hate to say, these probably wont end up for sale anytime soon. Any Joe Schmoe who doesn't know airsoft, especially some young punk would find them and go, "WHOA! THESE ARE WICKED COOL!" and keep them to dick around with, not sell them.

No, the suspect got away, all that he could do now is possibly pick him out of a line up. However this would not be enough "evidence" to charge him. There is still no way to PROVE this individual was in his home, aside from "he said/ she said." Had the suspect been caught and detained until police arrived and put into police custody, you'd have a very different story. Gun safe and lock are the best. Mine are kept in a locked room and locked display case for just these reasons. I hope the airsoft devices and any other of your possessions are recovered; specially before they get ill-used. -Dracheous

Locks, chains and safes will not stop some one determined. Just slow them down. Look at the guy who had his gun (RS) stolen during winter holidays. They were properly stored in safes, and when he was away on holidays he got broken into.
I'm surprised you didn't change the pass code or disable your garage door opener, but hindsite is 2020 Last edited by Lisa; September 2nd, 2007 at 18:12.. |

^I think he means that they grabbed the door opener from his car then opened and got the guns in the same time so how could he really change the code?
Also now we have 6 guns in the hands of some idiots that will probably be like "Lets go rob 7-11 !" then get killed by cops in the progress of this and media finds out it was airsoft and wez fucked |

Clearly if I knew he stole my garage opener in the first place I would of changed the code. But I did not know this at the time because my car is parked out front and only found out he stole my remote when I chased him out of my driveway and saw my car light on. At the time I assumed he broke in through the sides doors of the garage to gain entry. Even if I knew there was someone inside the garage I would not be able to disable it without going inside the garage and turning off the power in the electrical box. |

Any updates godly???
Know what would be awesome???? A door into a room, that locks you inside, and you need a key to get out. useless, as the people can get in the room, but useful int hat they cant get out easy...

This is horrible. Hopefully the police find these theives quickly, get your stuff back (and everyone else), otherwise hopefully insurance will pay for everything. Better not see a news story sometime soon about two teens getting gunned down for drawing toy guns on police...

punk ass thugs with 6 new never before heard of toys? gauranteed these are not the types to have elevators that go all the way to the top. so i would be canvassing empty lots or anyplace where these weapons could be used. because my bet is they are going to want to flaunt them somehow/somewhere.

Yeah can't do this. I remember a case somewhere where someone had locks on his garage like this, with the power to the garage door cut at the box and a padlock on the door itself. Theif was locked in the garage for several days with nothing but pop/beer and chips to live on. When he got out, sued the owner for locking him up in a cruel way. Won the case on "Cruel and unusual punishment" charges, which I found ridiculous cause the owner locked up his home before going on vacation was all. But then again, someone dies on your property, you'll be responsible.
