I just got an email from James.
He said because they originally thought it was the lower that needed to be clear they have scrapped the project. He also mentioned that he's working with the Canadian Sole Distributor and the RCMP to legalize the importation of black guns. My reply? GOOD LUCK! my bet is he's working with those idiots at CAS. Is it bad enough they got their BFL revoked for importing black airsoft when they were operating BuyAirsoft.ca jeez ...some people only think about money. I miss the old days when the retailers were not just in it for the money but had true passion for this sport. |

If they actualy manage to legally sell the black guns and import them that would just bring all the good and bad.
Good being more availability and bad idiots and children will be able to get there hands on the guns at a cheap price. I personaly think that before they manage to do something we should implement a type of license for self importation and and ownership that way there won't be a bunch of young children and posibly criminals buying these things at lowered prices.someone should take it to parliment and say hey look we have this sport its growing bigger every day and we wan't to be able to get our equipment and keep it out of the hands of children. |

Oooh.
So it'd make an all plastic SCAR... I can see that being a lot less appealing for everyone, anyway.

I'm still laughing at the fact that they want to try and change the laws to allow the importation of airsoft.
I'd like to see something similar to the CSSA and UKARA to own airsoft. |

Oh and yes, legalize Airsoft by taxing it. People won't mind if it cost just as much as today as long we can have more choices and less legal issues.
