Great store. Had an issue with a bnib gbb mag but I brought it in and they exchanged it promptly. The numbers just help when it's the regular Saturday horde in the doors. Does suck but what can ya do. Dude in front of me had the guy take like 5 guns out and eventually spent $1000's on 3 new aegs. I guess it helps to have them take their time.

Bought 3 rifles and 2 pistols from Justin. Awesome guy who takes his time to answer your questions, and he provided me with some honest opinions.
To someone who is new to airsoft, they helped me out with advice, but made a hole in my wallet!!! I went back the next day for an exchange. No issues. Helped me out. Last edited by Bigload; July 6th, 2013 at 02:00.. |

I have found the Torontoairsoft.com to be just a pain to deal with. Some of the staff are defiantly more useless than others, and overall not that helpful or very knowledgeable. Whats your number, what do you want, o.k bye
Have had awesome experiences with airsoftparts.ca and mach1airsoft.com both very knowledgeable and very helpful. |

I visited the store after reading these reviews, as I was interested in buying a full setup. Justin helped me out and he was a very nice person to deal with, he offered suggestions and took out the display models for me to hold, and went over them briefly. He tried to go into the back and speak to a manager to work something out, however the manager wouldn't do any price budging for items or deals under $1000, my sub-total was $800. Unfortunately they don't take pre-payments either, for "non-stock" items.. Justin tried and the effort counts and showed, I would recommend you speak to Justin if you go in.. I decided to purchase my setup elsewhere. Last edited by BioRage; July 30th, 2013 at 17:08.. |

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Had a problem with a aimpoint clone and Justin exchanged it no problem! I have bought the king arms m4, and a ton of other gear there. Great prices and friendly staff!

I've had nothing but a great experience with this store both at the physical location and online.
When it's busy you may end up waiting a bit but when you get help they are more then willing to grab everything you need and let you take a look at whatever you want. I went in one time to pick up some gear and ended up checking out a bunch of sidearms, the staff was more then willing to let me handle them and even dry fire them right there in the store. They even help trouble shoot any issues you have with your guns or accessories with no charge. It can sometimes be a little troublesome when you see how lackluster their stock can be, but that seems to be the case for every airsoft store. Totally happy with their service and will continue to shop here.

Their service is pretty good, they forgot to send chargers and batteries a few times but they always sent it if you tell them they forgot it. I order from TA the most and my next order will probably be there again. Pretty sad on how they treated your order, I am surprised it took two months for an item to get shipped to you as that is unusual because it takes one week for items to be delivered to me.

I've had no real complaints from when I went in to buy stuff like my Xcortech, gun bag etc. for myself.
On the other hand I have two friends that got shafted by TA. One pretty much got scammed by TA, the other one purchased a product that TA knows is defective, and continues to sell because they direct the blame to the manufacturer. One purchased a Umarex G36 that was supposed to be made by ARES, and instead got a S&T G36 which is much shittier. Recently my other friend got a JG G36 full length that couldn't hit a box at 5 feet. Reason was the inner barrel was a C length and the BB's would bounce off the outer barrel before exiting. I called TA for him, and they said they'd change it out if we brought it in and made a formal RMA request. I popped them an email and they instantly told me this is how they all come and told us to blame JG not them. Last edited by pestobanana; August 10th, 2013 at 06:03.. |

Haven't been to the store at all. All of my TA transactions were always online. Very good customer service, I called them a few times to ask questions about their products and I've always gotten a fast and clear response. I just hate how they don't have many 7.62 GHK mags in stock. lol

My biggest pet peeve with retailers such as AirsoftDepot and TorontoAirsoft is that around 50% of the product visible on the website is never in stock. I've been looking to get goggles and a mesh mask for about 4-5 months now, yet both websites have everything out of stock (and a re-stock seems like a godly miracle).
Same goes for guns, accessories, mags, etc. Similar thing is still happening to a friend of mine: around April , he inquired about a restock for a G36CV by Umarex. Response was quick, saying it should be restocked around June. Another inquiry later (around middle of June), states that it would take about 2-4 weeks to restock. I understand it might be hard to re-stock, but so far, still nothing..... Money is all here, take it, we just want the product... Customer services is quite good (don't know about shipping, I always purchase in-store), and overall experience is quite good, however, the stock issue is really maddening, at least to me. |

PROS: Close and local to me. Clean place staff friendly. Decent selection tho not much of the higher end guns.
CONS: Worst hours ever. Closed half the week and the days they are open the hours all say. We like to have lunch before work and go home for dinner, so if you want to buy something you got 1 hour after work to make it here. Ordered a Mystery Box got a Email this Friday saying its ready for in store pick up. Couldn't make it before they closed and now they are closed Saturday for the long weekend. Cruel just plain cruel. |

Toronto Airsoft is a joke, they don't even know what they advertise. I bought a JG G36C for my cousin and supposedly it came with bearings as listed in the ad. When I took apart the gun to do a spring swap, noticed it came with plastic bushings. Toronto Airsoft just said "Oh it was an advertisement mistake". They never once mentioned or cared to make up for the mistake.

Visited the new store today (should it still be new after so many months LOL) to pick up some supplies for my wife as she's going to get back into playing after 5 years and the new retail location looks great. It's much cleaner and more open than the old place and while I was waiting, I was listening to the advice the sales staff gave to customers and it sounded pretty reasonable. No up selling of crap that was unneeded or unnecessary.
The ticketing system may not be the most efficient but it does allow staff ample time with each customer and for newbs with a lot of questions that's great. I do kind of wish they had one person to deal with anyone who just wants to grab and go (express counter? ) but I understand that type of balance is hard to achieve. Darn the new location is within a 10 minute drive of my house. Last edited by Colin_S; November 29th, 2014 at 14:28.. |

I just checked Toronto Airsoft's webstore, it appears they are out of stock on most of their guns and accessories listed. And when inventory are sold out, it takes them forever to restock and sometimes it stays sold out indefinitely.
Mach1 always have good stock. Look at the pics of their store. Wall to wall guns and parts. Airsoftdepot is also wall to wall with guns and parts. I have given up on Toronto Airsoft. Walk into their store, its big and empty. Why did Toronto Airsoft even more to a bigger building? Look at their hours, more like banking hours.
