I have a KWA G36c that I put a G&G G36 front end with bipod along with the scoped carry handle as I wanted a hard hitting LMG. There are 3 main variants of the G36 not including the export variants. The G36, 36K and 36c. Each have their own outer barrel lengths and front ends not easily interchangeable without swapping out inner barrels. The c and the K you might be able to keep your c inner barrel. With a full size G36, you'd need new front end outer and inner barrels. You could get a RIS for the G36, there are several that are nice and mil sim. With a metal front end or rails, the G36 is unbalanced unless you use a small high powered battery or move the battery to the stock. G&G makes a fold down stock that is ugly but'll fit a full size battery (I can fit a 8.4 3600 easy). It also balances the weight of the gun better. The KWA I have I run a 11.1 lipo, but even that is a tight fit up front.

If replacement parts are easy to find, I won't worry about drilling holes and such. Then all I need is a drill...what can I say, I'm not a power tool person but it looks like a lot of fun ...till I poke someone's eyes out.
I did figure that handguard was going to be too small, the item did state G36 but from the picture, I did notice it was too short but I didn't know if it was a generic representation or an actual picture of the item.
I haven't bought ANYTHING yet, not even a battery + charger. Rather then paying for shipping 3x, I'd rather pool everything I want all together which is why I'm still in the planning stage picking at everyone's suggestions. I do thank everyone for being patient with this newbie...I am still learning after all.
