KWA PTP vs KWC V7 system

Hi,

I m planning on getting a new Metal slided GBB,

Hesitating between the KWA PTP 92F and the new KWC USP .45 system 7,

What choice would you make (system wise, not look wise )?

Thanks

I thought System 7 and NS2 were the same system. KWA uses the term NS2 while KSC uses the term System 7, but they're suppose to be the same.

And I don't think KWC uses System 7. Do you mean KWA USP?

You are right, it is a KSC. So KSC and KWA latest GBB would have the same mechanic, but different name? Like a Tribute and a Escape?

Yes, same thing.

One factory is in Japan, the other is in Taiwan.

KSC = Japan
KWA = Taiwan

Basically, cheaper labor = lower QC = higher lemon rate.

But if it works, it is the same. (Some times there will be some seam lines that are not cleaned properly)

negatory,
KSC is in Taiwan, KWA is a sub company also in Taiwan in the same factory.
KSC JPN version gets checked goto Japan and get check again before going into the Japan Public. KSC Taiwan gets check in taiwan and then its out. KWA is design for the American Consumer. AFAIK this is what I heard from previous posts (many people said it.

Cheap? How so? KWA is mostly available in the US and is more pricey there than KSC is in Asia. I think it has something to do with all the available KWA being full metal, compared to the lower cost of KSC with its many plastic-centric models.

Well..first off KWA does not make currently a B92 PTP....they are making an M9 PTP. System 7 and NS2 are the same things. KWA and KSC are from the same factory. They are the airsoft equivalent of Pontiac and Chevrolet. KWA is a marketing comanay set up to address the fact that it is ever increasingly difficult to import Airsoft guns with trademarks on them into the USA. Hence KWA has no trade marks. AS for comparing an M9 to a USP. Once again two different guns. I have them both. The USP has a nicer grip (in my hands) but the M9 has a harder kick and higher FPSl. But based on ergonomics...the USP a little nicer for me. However.....the PTP is a little more exact in weight and is made to replicate the real steel gun for it's purpose as a training weapon.
And for the record.....this is not speculation....this based on conversations with contacts at KWA and KSC alike..........

Rustysniper has the correct information on this subject. KWA is NOT branded with trades and such because it is manufactured strickly for the American market (where it is illegal to buy or sell any non fire arm (replica or otherwise) that has real trade marks etc..), hence forth they any KWA will not have trades on the slide or receiver and will have the orange tip on the barrel.
Where as the KSC line will have full trades (and so on) simply because they are manufactured for sales else where, and yes, they are the same system.
