Socom Gear 1911 MEU Recoil Spring Upgrade

Now that I've been using my SG MEU more, I feel that it does not have crisp kick, like my KSC Guns, I am wondering witch recoil spring would fit, The spring Guide is already upgraded so I only need the spring. I've had good luck with Guarder parts, I am looking at the "Guarder Enhanced Recoil/Hammer Spring for MARUI M1911-A1 (150%)"

and the "Guarder Enhanced Recoil/Hammer Spring for Marui/WE HI-CAPA 5.1 (150%)" I do not know witch one will fit though.

They would be the same I'm pretty sure.

the SG 1911s are basically the same as the WE ones, and both the Guarder 150% and Action 160% recoil spring guides will fit.

I actually have a slight preference for the Action one: it's shorter than the stock spring, but stiffer, so it doesn't coil/bunch up when the slide moves back. (the Guarder 150% is longer than the stock spring) HOWEVER, I'm not sure which recoild spring guide you upgraded with, I wasn't able to use the Action spring on a friend's Marui 1911 with the VFC metal body kit.

So Action makes both an upgraded spring guide and spring set? I've got a SG MEU coming, and am curious about upgrading if/when I do choose to.

uhm, the guide comes as part of a set (recoil and hammer spring)

I used one of the upgraded hammer springs (dont remember if it was the Guarder or Action one, they were pretty much identical except for color) in my older 1911 Classic, but the Hammer spring on my newer MEU 1911 was different (longer and stiffer [ huhuhhuhuhuh huhuhuhh huhuhuh] ) so I actually left the stock hammer spring in there.

Do you have a Link to the ACTION Spring, the spring guide I have is the one SG pre-upgraded.
