dissasembly G&G GR16 carabine blowback plastic

I want to disassemble my G&G GR16 Carbine Blowback PLASTIC series to change the inner barrel for a madbull 6.03 and I wanted to know if there are any special precautions to be taken by removing the upper receiver from my m4 because it's blowback gearbox?

Just go slow. When I removed the pin that goes through my bottom receiver abovethe trigger my receiver cracked badly. So i had to buy a metal one. Upper is more hardy but still be careful.

Remove the stock, grip, rear pin and flora pin first... That will take a lot of pressure off the front pin (it might still be really tight though).

Go easy on it, the plastic is brittle.

Reassemble in the following order to minimize the stress.
- front pin, flora pin, rear pin, stock, grip

***note***
sometimes if the flora/rear pins are really tough...do the stock first and adjust tension (it helps by pulling the mechbox back). You shouldn't have to...but sometimes it helps with goofy plastic bodies.
