How about fabric spray?

Not sure I would go with the " LAVENDER VANILLA & COMFORT™" scent, though!

Soak your webbing in water and a cup of vinegar. That'll get rid of the odour. The only downside is this inexplicable craving for French Fries.

car wash , make sure gear is empty of extra items then spray it with soap and spray with rince water , make sure tha car wash doesnt use recycled water as sometimes it can stain your gear then let dry in the sun

To get smell out I just dip the rig in water with a bit of detergent, rinse it out and let it dry. Same process as washing your clothes.

Yes yes !! That's the way to do it. Problem is that I have to use a few of those airwick things in my gear closet so that it creates a scent barrier between my gear and the rest of the house.
