M4 gearbox rear to front wired...
Hi guys,
Is it realy hard to mod a m4 gearbox from rear to front wired? So that i can plug my battery at the front guard. Thanks, |

You'll need to have soldering skills as well as new motor terminals.
"Hard" is subjective. |

or, alternatively if you don't have these skills you can just buy a new wiring harness from airsoftparts.ca for +/- 30 bucks

Recently I just went the semi-cheap route and purchased the Element switch assembly though I had to use the stock switch as my selector plate was different and I had to solder on the deans connector as it didn't come with that.
Overall the process wasn't bad and I as well purchased the G&P grease set and cleaned out the gear box and re-greased everything with the appropriate grease/oil and now my AEG is performing better. If you can get past the first part of getting the body off of the gear box then your on your way. Cheers |
