Hi,

I've recently bought a bunch of stuff from KHMountain. As usual, I looked for feedback before I paid. Most feedback was pretty positive, and their eBay score was ~99%.

So I've paid... First order gets refused by Chinese customs (WTF?) but they refund me relatively fast.

As they had a bunch of items I couldn't find anywhere else, I decide to place an order again. I get the confirmation.

A week and a half later, no communication. I try to email them back, great! I can't find the email receipt. So I try to log into their website: my account doesn't exist anymore! I try with all me email adresses, doesn't work. I try them all with the "lost password" page, it doesn't work. WTF?

An email, no answer.

The only way I feel I can reach them is with PayPal, so I open a dispute to say about everything that is in the post. Without news within a week, I'll just make that a claim and hop I get my money back.

Any ideas? Or previous expecience with this shop?

EDIT: I don't know why, but I've been able to login. When I go on "previous purchases", it shows this:

It's most likely because of the 60th PRC anniv.

They probably closed down for this month because of it(They sell airsoft too, they'd be afraid of the police).

They should be back on in a while

I don't know, I think I should've had news around the 23th, when I placed my order? At least an email telling me there's a delay.

RSOV and eHobby both shipped me orders today, as well as Shooter Combat Gear Supplies. But no answers for a week from them

EDIT: Obviously my order is only accessories or parts, no guns whatsoever.

I'm from South East Asia. I've mainly orders from them nowadays. Used to be EBB that i frequent. Price is slightly better if you buy a few things together (EBB adds individual shipping in their prices).

Anyway, as with most chinese company, their communication sucks. I've received all my orders, although sometimes it takes more than a month to arrive.

My 1st order is a joke. 2 weeks after I order, I checked their website and the status is still pending, no word on the shipping. I sent them a mail regarding my order status. The next day my parcel arrived. 5days later, they replied that they will check on my shipment... LOL
