Mosfet Issue
Hi there. I've recently bought in parts to have a go at making a mosfet myself as i was interested in having a go at building one.
I've built acording to this diagram and fired it up last night for a test. The thing turns on powers up the motor and i can feel slight active breaking, however it doesnt stop instantly like one i have used before. It kind of spins to a stop a bit quicker than before but still is not instant how it should be. This is the diagram and the parts i used were these.
