Need some advice/help!

Hey guys, i know you guys have a wealth of info when it comes to AEG's so heres my problem. I just bought a brand new ICS CXP. So some of the problems I have are.... Inconsistent shots (one shoots fine but next one falls out), Double and triple feeding, weak mag (I think spring isn't too good), and and will the gear box work with 8.4V as well with 9.6V (came with 9.6V), and are there any recommended batteries that can fit in the fore grip, because I don't really like the plastic box on the side. So any of your help would be greatly appreciated so I can get to actually run around with it!

1. Turn down your hopup to see if it stops the dbl feed.
2. If the gun came with a 9.6v stick with that since a 8.4v mit not be enough to rotate the gear around.
3. The reason the box is on the side is b/c of the odd shape of the grip. There isnt much room where they can go but, you can try a nunchuk battery. I recently purchase a new Intellect Intellect 9.6v 1400mAh NiMH and i love it.
