Yoyo grease
I acquired a tube of Yomega Brain lube which I assume is yoyo grease. Will this be any good for lubing the piston parts/barrel?

Yomega Brain Lube
This fine silicone-based lubricant is ideal for your plastic transaxle yo-yo. This was quoted from a retail website. As long as it's not petroleum based it's fine for rubber and plastic parts of your gun. However, there are much better products out there for you to use. Alot of people will use lithium grease (avail. at CT) or super lube. Some will use a ceramic or molybdinum grease. As long as the lube in question does not contain any petroleum distillates you're good to go. |

So I'm guessing it's good to use on your airsoft gun then. I'm a bit confused though. I use lithium grease for the gears and parts of the mechbox but am under the impression that you are suppose to use silicone oil for the barrel, bore, hopup nub, piston, etc. Is it ok to just use lithium grease for all of the aforementioned parts?
