Does anyone know what the weight is on one of these is in grams or oz.?
Some one was saying they got 100yards out of a M203,I think it wouldn't
go that far.

Not sure of the weight because I don't own a scale, but I shoot these out of my AT4 and they go about 200-250ft.

I am guessing you are using C02,what type of shell are you using
to launch it?

use the madbull multi purpose nades (XMPB4)

the gas is released through the middle which will be focused on the tail end of the nerf rocket. A shower is not going to be as efficient. I have yet to try using my rockets but I got a crap load of them sitting in my room waiting to go.
