HurricanE?
Does anyone have any experience with these parts? Are they good.
If they are, is this kit worth it? http://www.airsoftglobal.com/product...oducts_id=8026 Thanks P.S If anyone cane list the brands of parts that should be avoided, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank You |

I don't have any experience with Hurricane internals myself but you can't go wrong ordering from Jugglez at airsoftparts.ca. He carries quality AEG internals and externals and provides excellent service.
In terms of brands to avoid, I'd stay clear of Element and Deepfire in terms of internals. Modify and Prometheus are top notch. |

I know about airsoftparts.ca. I was going to order a ball bearing piston head from them (probably MASK), but I came across this tune up kit and was hoping to upgrade quite a few things while I had the gearbox open. Also the kit comes with an M100 spring, and right now I need to downgrade the spring in my gun, currently 400 fps with .2s. So basically that kit hits everything that I need. This kit is so convenient that I was hoping the parts were of halfway decent quality.

Hurricane parts aren't that great.
They make fantastic metal bodies and externals... but their internals are nothing to write home about. |

So basically, stay away from their internals... are they better than element?

I'd say they're quite a bit better than element... But not by too much.
Go with some Prometheus, Modify or Airsoft Research Syndicate stuff. |

I second Amos. Avoid Hurricane internals. As a brand, Hurricane is good and they make a lot of great items. But their mechbox parts are sub-par considering the price.
I lean towards Modify parts. I find they make durable, excellent quality items at a very reasonable price.
