Not 100% sure on this but I believe those are the ones sold by their respective parent companies since they have "full trades" on them (note the "Officially licensed" selling point on the Tarus box. (ie. DPMS is a firearms manufacturer but they rebrand some other airsoft companies products as their own sort of like an OEM vs "Brand Name" thing).
I can't tell you what make it really is underneath but it could probably be found through a quick google search. The S&W appears to be a KWC rebrand as is the Tarus. So basically search up reviews for the KWC version of those pistols and you should be able to get an idea of whether it's worth it or not.

Did some quick googling from the information that I could see from the pics using the search parameters "smith and wesson mp airsoft gun" in google. I then did another search using "smith and wesson mp airsoft gun tarus".
From what I gather theyre nothing fancy, simple CO2 powered guns with questionable long term reliability. A lot of the reviews I found said the gun was "great" and "awesome" however the few legitimate reviews I found stated that you get what you pay for. If whoever you are buying these from wants to get rid of them for cheap (like dirt cheap) then yeah sure why not, they could make for useful emergency outdoor back up pistols. I wouldnt bother investing to much time or money into either of them.
