All vegetation sniper suit - possible?

I'm about to start my own ghillie but was wondering one thing. Would it be possible to just attach a net to a BDU and then only add natural vegetation at the game?

The reason I'm wondering is because I have no place/time to cut, dye, attach my own burlap and I dont want to buyone of these cheap yet expensive factory made ghillies.

Once you attach the vegetation chances are it won't look too natural.

So for the time you'll be spending you might as well be building the ghille at the game.

Agreed. Using deadfall or dead tall grass might work for a field environment but adding big twigs and shit just causes you to amplify small movements along that axis.

hmm yeah sounds reasonable.

really dont know where/when I'll be able to build the damn thing.

Also I've read about gun wraps. I'll probably paint the gun and attach a ghillie gun wrap of some sort. How do you make it? Exactly like the ghillie with netting and burlap etc. or is there a better way?

Paint your rifle brownish, tan and some green. Don't bother too much about ghilling it. If you do, ghillie only the barrel and front part of your scope. Your ghillie suit hood or hat will cover the back part of your rifle.

Using only local vegetation will work if you do it well. Don't put wooden branchs. Use living and dead grass accordingly to your surronding. Just don't add random shit. It help to have a jute base, but if you don't have the time to built it, you can compensate with only living/dead stuff on your head and shoulders. It's hard to attach securely, so you will need good elastics stitched to your BDU.
