True, but secure pouches don't necessarily mean a stable rig. Your pouches might not be moving around, but your rig could be!
Though, if you are on a tight budget, just take his advice and keep the vest! |

never had any heavy vest not move around on me while I was running... Both at work and while Airsofting.

to add to my earlyer thiong about the belt i too am a skinny short ass guy and so after i atatch the belt at the bottom i fold it up to hold the rig then it doestn sit so low on the body well above the hip actually and so doesnt hinder twisting and such
