WE c02 mags: Upper seal fix?
Got a few leaking magazines here that run off of c02. They're not seriously bad really but a leak is still a leak. Can I still use silicon to inflate the O ring or should I take a different approach?
Thanks! (any guides out there would be much appreciated.) |

Where's it leaking from?
Also, I'm debating to stick with my propane one or upgrade to co2.. Which has more problems? My propane ones leak like crazy until I lube the shit with silicone oil and retighten and then having to regasket. |

Its leaking through the upper valve, its like it doesnt want to return to a full 'closed' position.
Edit: Another seems to be leaking around the valve itself, c02 just spewed back at me, haha. I wouldn't know to be honest. These are the first C02 mags i've ever used as far as GBBR's go. I had a WE M14 prior to this and the magazine did get leaky, but it wasn't hard to unscrew either end and replace/slick up the O rings or whatever to fix the leak. Hitman I'd stick with propane mags. I have both types right now and the Co2 ones ive had way more problems with. I haven't gotten a full mag off with thr Co2 ones yet. My propane mags eventually just sealed themselves after lots and lots of silly oil and re-filling.
