I'm just not hugely interested in playing anyways. Always been more of a collector/tinkerer, which is the other part of why I haven't gotten AV'd, spending a backload of cash on something that's not going to be used for what it's built for seems kind of counter-intuitive.

So to summarize what everyone has said, in one way or another. The only way you can change from a folding stock to a fixed is modification. You need to spend time and money, sitting down and modifying a fixed stock to your Aftermath SVS.
I suggest heading the Red-Alliance to see if there are any fixtures for sale.

That's fine, all I wanted to know was whether it could be done with a stock receiver. And FYI, just because I don't want to spend $1000 on something that'd be half that anywhere else doesn't mean that I'm only interested in Canadian Tire garbage, just that I'm rather under-funded at this point.

You can definitely buy a cheap wood stock online, there's plenty of sites that sell cheap chinese SVD wood stock kits. Like RITZ said they aren't designed for your rifle and it'll be a JB weld kind of job.
